I did so good on wed-for the most part-did AWESOME on Thursday and then I went on a major bender on Friday. What is wrong with me? Maybe I was just too hungry...I sabotage myself and it's ridiculous! I am doing better today. Will have chicken for dinner with a veggie. GET BACK ON TRACK! I need to let it go. It was just one day. (sigh) I am stronger than this!!!
