整理家裡到半夜還胖😰
累死豬了。。今天午餐自理
晚餐時間外出看醫生
吃了5口薯條😂。吃菜沒吃飽
回家啃生酮麵包
這幾天是排卵期所以體重比較重嗎?
146.2 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
