Am Adding 30 minute treadmill fast walk per day to exercise program, Will also reduce caloric intake by 200 to 1600 per day on weekdays and 1800 on weekends starting Monday. I am going to break that 170 mark and keep moving down!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
