I feel sooooovery proud tonight! First: no alcohol in a week! I have to keep going on this, I believe it is truly stalling my weight loss. Second: ( this is yuuggge Donnie) my husband made vegetarian pad Thai and instead of pasta I used cauliflower rice! I forgot about zooddles, next time. He assigned me the task of doing something with 1# of ground land. Boom! I made Thai Larb with cashews instead of peanuts. A March made in heaven. Happy moma and happy family! Happy weekend to one and all!
