I started SBD yesterday... and I know that the majority of quick weight loss is water, but I just HAD to weigh myself and see if anything was different. I'm already down 1.8 lbs (with clothes on)!! Hopefully it will continue. I will try NOT to weigh myself until next Sunday morning. I am about to cook up a bunch of stuff for me to take (and eat myself) to a Superbowl party. I hate to be rude, but I would hate it even more if I cheated on the SECOND day because I was hungry and had nothing else to eat! I think I'm in for the long haul this time!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Welcome! I have only been around since Jan. 15th. On SBD which I didn't start until a week ago. So I am still on Phase 1. What a change. You have done awesome! ATTA GIRL ! I hope you have found this site helpful. I sure have, I am addicted! The people have been so helpful! Hope to see more of you & if you need help just ask me (if you want a buddy let me know) or Journal it & others will be there for you! Keep up the GOOD work!
