Started the gym, only lasted 40 minuets but it’s a start, it must get easier....
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

After 3 weeks your brain will realise endorphins that are released by the brain when you have sex so believe me it gets better💪🏻 and you’ll very soon get the gym bug’ keep at it!
