Stayed on course pretty well yesterday considering we had a huge 4th of July party at our house! 25 of our closest friends and 15 kids all under the age of 6... it was madness, but super fun. I drink a few to many beers, but stayed on track as far as food goes. Tomorrow is weigh in day... we will see what happens!
