What up FSers?! New low again this morning! I am one more step closer to my birthday goal and I know I'm going to make it :) Not much to say today. Didn't really do anything yesterday. I went to he gym and trained my friend who wants to lose weight. Not her first time in the gym. This will be her second week with me, but it was her first time doing strength training and it was my first time coaching someone. It felt really good, I'm not gonna lie. To put all my knowledge to the test. Just Awesome :)

The BF is coming back in one week! AHHHHHH! Super excited!
