I've been resting from my workouts for the last several days because I've been sick, and I am craving exercise right now! I can't wait to do some P90x yoga tonight. I start to feel lethargic and lazy when I don't work out.
In other news, I bought a sprouting kit online today, along with some mixed sprout seeds. One of my goals on "101 Goals in 1001 Days" (DayZeroProject.com) is to learn how to SPROUT. I know it is very easy, but I've procrastinated for awhile just simply because it is something I don't know how to do. I can't wait to have fresh, cheap, sprouts to put on veggie burgers, in pita sandwiches, or on top of a nice salad.
