Allen14's Journal, 26 April 2018

Tip:-
For those who don’t see a drop in weight, try weighing in lbs as opposed to kg. It’s the best way as you will see every pound lost.

Most digital scales have a switch to change from kg, lbs or stone.

I wish there was an option on here for stones and lbs, I have to keep working it out in my head (not a difficult sum), but it’s too much for me early in the morning! 🤣

My scale is really playing up it not digital. I’m going to replace the battery on the digital. Let’s see what happens 😉

if anyones at david lloyds gym, the boditrax system they have is pretty good. it seems to give repeatable weights to, which the home scales never do.

There is an option on FS to change your weight to Lbs as opposed to Kg. You need to login to FS via web browser on your phone or pc. Then go to “my profile” and change it from there.
