Wow, this looks good....I'm not a tofu person or at least not yet. I'm still warming up to the possibility though..... So many of you use it, and it looks pretty good for the most part. Thanks for sharing this idea.... Very healthy!!!! ;) Hope to hear more from you on meal ideas or successes......

Thank you! I used a kit from the grocery called House Foods Wok me up (Spicy Orange). It includes the cut tofu and the marinade. I added the cut stir fry vegetables and made the rice. The kit makes it easy.
