starting my visalus, on day 6 its getting much easier and im getting fuller faster when eating my "regular" meals at dinner, i also started a little p90x since my boyfriend is doing it as well. i know im only consuming between 1100-1300 cals/day so i cant push it too much or i might wear myself out completely and faint or something. im going to do the p90x at least 3 days a week but shoot for 4 days at 1hr each session...wish me luck!
