somebody gave me advise to fast for 16 hours and then eat. i tried it day 1 and guess what. i managed to cut out a whole meal and reduce calories like that. first i said not a chance i need breakfast. but black bitter coffee helped me.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
