Had a pretty bad day today. Tried to lighten my mood with some hard cardio. It worked for 20 mins, then I had to come back to reality and home. Maybe I'll forget it at school and get back into the swing of stressful academic things.
And still keep working out like crazy, you know, for the endorphins.
