roti tawar 2 lembar,selembarnya udh kemakan duluan , ikan cuek 100 g, tahu 150 di kukus aja. Tumis buncis 150 g, sosis ayam 70 g, biar ad santan2 ny ksh fiber creme 10 g, kecepe dikit. bumbu hls bwg&cabe n msukkan segala rempah2.

Itu tahu kuning yg kotak persegi biasanya 1 petak nya 50 gr lebih an dikit mbak.. 3 tahu berat keseluruhan 166 gitu. Tp biar angka kal ny cantik sy input 150 g
