Yoga untuk nambah Bb .. boleh juga tu mbak triana... klw sy mah gak pilih2 makan kak. sy mah wong cilik, di hajar aja apa yg ad. Tp in usaha eat clean 2100 susah bnget. kalori healthyfood kan gak tinggi.
