Ate pizza buffet yesterday, moderate dinner and a few snacks for about 1900 cal. 700 more than usual and finally lost some! I can get behind eating 6 pieces of pizza, adding 700 cal and finally losing a bit of weight again! So my plan for soup just went out the window.. gotta find something with 500+ calories to see if it’ll still work if I keep at it for the week :).
