Thanks guys!! I am beyond thrilled, I can’t wait to see the numbers drop while in the 200’s.
@DoubleD, I count calories-1300 or less and keep myself moderately active (active enough to close my bars on my Apple Watch) 4 days out of the week. I volunteer my time at the place where I board my horses, always so much to do there and it’s basically my happy place so win win. I also only eat from 12pm-8pm.
