But I know if I wanna get off any medication I need to push through

Keep at it and you'll get the hang of it. Once you get in the flow it becomes much easier.

What did someone say, about “forming” a hibit, takes 7 attempts? Make it a habit...with the goal that you want to wean yourself off of medication, physician supervised, of course!👨‍🔬🔬💊
