So, I am going to stop doing just the Atkins diet and do my own mix of Atkins and Weight Watchers. Its been working for me so far so I decided to switch. I am still going to record my weight, and food intake, and my journals.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
