Just got back from the gym I'm tired but at least this time it feels like a good kind of tired. Didn't realize how stiff my knee had gotten until now. Hopefully, the water fitness and some cycling will help me with that issue. I'm really not in the mood to pay a $150 co-pay for PT if I can help it.
