Yesterday went really well until I came home from the gym. I ate well I did my running for 30 minutes its getting a little easier( not much) but I am determined. I worked on abs and arms I was feeling great.I came home took a shower got online and was sitting just relaxing when all of a sudden I got really,REALLY hungry.I ate some fruit and it did not help.I ate jello did not help. I don't know what to do. Do I eat more because I am burning more? I felt OUT OF CONTROL!!!! That is not good for someone with control issues. I will see how it goes today.
