I dont know what happened to my weigh in stats but they dont look right.Jan 1, 2010 I weighed 300lbs. On April 11, 2010 I weighed in at 267.0 lbs. Today April 13,2010 I weighed in at 258.1. I have come to the conclusion that you really do need to eat your calories.I still aint getting enough according to Melissa up at herbalife, she says 1600 a day. I am doing good getting 1300 to 1500. Making sure I get in my water this week, and walking 45 minutes a day, as long as there is no rain.
