FINALLY! I THINK I broke my plateau! WI last night and I was down 1.2...hey It' something. I haven't been able to make that scale budge for WEEKS! I was SO happy with the loss at the meeting ;o) The ONLY thing I changed was I added 2 hours of cross-country skiing. Looks like I'll be adding that into my weekly workouts! It was SO fun to go too! I went with my neighbor and we talked and just skiied away...6 miles later we had to be done because of time...fun times!! Have some challenges coming the end of this week...my brother's birthday, My birthday on the 31st, my parents 45th wedding anniversary...parties EVERYDAY this weekend, with the one on Sunday for the Superbowl being at our house (not worried about that, cuz I know how to eat at home...haha)! I KNOW I can make good choices, the only tough thing is fitting in the exercise...we'll see how that goes... Thank you to my buddies that gave me good, encouraging help!
