Day 6--
So yesterday I caved. I had a sandwich. My craving was just too enormous to resist. I was craving something that would really crunch when I ate it, and something salty. What I opted for was toast with some garlic powder, a little garlic salt, 1/2 tbsp of mayo, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. I've lost another lb and a 1/2, but I'm not weighing in today. It'll say I'm losing 10.5 lbs a week--highly inaccurate. I'm staying home today and then heading out for lunch with Lexi (keepitfun). I hope I can fight temptation and just eat a salad or something. I'm always worse when I go out. Anyone know alternatives for my salt/crunchy craving? I'd really appreciate it haha.

Maybe when you go out you should get a nice piece of grilled meat with a mixed vegetable instead of just trying a salad. If you get a salad you will probably get dressing and it probably won't be very healthy. I love to get smoked salmon when I go out to eat, but you have to watch out for sugary glazes! Some people eat a couple olives when they crave salty crunchy stuff. Remember that in Phase 3 you can have normal everyday stuff, but in moderation. So your cravings are only temporary. Stick with it and good luck!

I can't really help you with the food suggestions as I'm not familiar enough with your plan. But I must say you are lucky to get to see one of your online buddies in person. Since she is following the same plan as you, you could support each other and help each other choose something healthy. Have a great day!
