Someone at work put some dark chocolate m&m's on my desk this morning, so of course I ate them. Curses!! But then this afternoon, I did resist a delicious looking dessert that one of my other co-workers brought in from the Olive Garden. Ya win some, ya lose some. I'm hoping I just don't go overboard with dinner and snacking tonight. I haven't been sleeping well, so I tend to want to eat more before bedtime, I don't know why.
My poor dog had to go to the vet today for a sore leg. Luckily, he is okay, he just has to be on some meds for a few days, nothing wrong with the bones or joints. Since we got our puppy (who's bigger than him) he's probably been overdoing it by playing and jumping around a lot more. Poor guy.
I guess it's back to work and try to keep focused until the end of the day.

Mmmm - dark chocolate. It's hard to resist. I never can resist eating something if it's sitting in front of me. The only thing that works is never putting anything on a desk that I don't want to get eaten. Evening eating is killing my calories limit too. I started buying fresh artichoke and corn on the cob on the way from home and cooking it almost every night - it's an awesome snack that's tasty and low-calorie.
