Could Do Better,
No More chips, only a Small snack after 7, drink my water, go on walks in the evening, and PORTION CONTROL!!!!!

Body feels good, maybe some of this weight has converted to Muscle =D.

We'll weigh in next week and see what happens.

129.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week
