(午餐) ❌早餐吃太好,午餐跳過沒吃。
(下午飲品) 調味牛奶200g

(晚餐) 老媽煮的雞肉蔬菜粥x2碗 + 雞肉捲90g x1
(泡茶茶點) 蒟蒻糙米捲x1
