Hello to all I am back from my Second vacation...Went to Vegas it was great!!!!! I gained 4.2 pounds but they will be gone soon... so I have decided to start over on Phase III so here we go.....Here is todays menu:
July 24, 2007 Tuesday Day 1 (Phase III Re-start) 7:30am Special K & 1 cup fat free skim milk 10:00am 1 4oz yogurt 12:00pm gym-Treadmill walk 10 minutes run 20 minutes elliptical 25 minutes total -65 min 1:15pm collard greens, apple & grapefruit 4:00pm Apple 7:30pm grilled turkey burger & salad
