One tsp butter is 106 cal crikey I’m learning all the Cals for a better life as I am a binge eater not to the extreme but thinking I won’t put weight on when I do.
132.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
