Not a lot to talk about today...still on great track, even had a great work out last night and today at lunch! I did get on the scale at the gym today and according to that I gained 1/2 a pound, but I am chalking that up to Aunt Flow being in town and it also being in the middle of the afternoon! I am going to do this and I am not going to let down. I have also starting working out lifting weights with my hubby to try to get tone, so maybe that is why...we will see what happens come my next official weigh in! We are going on a family trip in June with my brother and his family...so I want to be to my goal and very fit by then!!!

Meals for the day:
Breakfast ~ Light and Fit Peach Yogurt
snack ~ smoothie
Lunch ~ salad with fat free Catalina dressing
snack ~ 90 Cal pack Quaker mini bits
Dinner ~ my hubby is making a new chicken dish of some sort, I think it will be just fine for me!

Ypu are doing grteat! Don't worry about the mid day weight. I usually weigh 3-5 lbs more in the evening than first thing in the morning. That's why I stick to the am weigh ins strictly:)

Sounds like you are doing extremely well. Remember to weigh yourself at the same time every day (mine is first thing in the a.m.). That little bit of gain might be muscle if you are toning up with weights. Most likely it was just water. Keep up the good work, you are still my inspiration.

Water retention and muscle is the reason I'm guessing you gained. Also, being mid day has a LOT to do with it. Keep it up, you can do it!

I wouldn't worry about the 1/2 lb - I would be thrilled that's all the more I gained especially in the middle of the afternoon, plus having aunt flow. You are doing such a fantastic job and I can really tell that you are really wanting to do this for yourself. I think you will be hitting your goal weight sooner than you think! YOU GO GIRL!!
