I just recorded my exercise log for the day. It doesnt seem like im doing a whole lot but i guess every little movement you make you do burn calories. looks like ill be down another lb. or so tomorrow, hopefully. I have to stick to it now. I want to be thin by the end of summer. I want to feel healthy again. I want to quit smoking eventually. Most of all I want to be able to get down on the floor with my son and play with him without hurting and having my legs go to sleep. I want more energy. I had a pretty good dinner in my opinion. I made a turkey sandwich with some mayo. Only ate basically 1 slice of bread and 2 servings of turkey. A cheese stick, a mini cuke, and apple sauce and water... didnt get to my 64 oz. of water. only had 2 bottles of water... so i got half way there. theres always tomorrow right? I couldnt eat half of my bread for the sandwich tho. started hurting my jaw where i just got all my wisdom teeth out... its still a trial and error type thing.. Can i eat it yet or cant i? thank god I couldnt cause i got hooked on wheat bread... white bread just doesnt taste good anymore. but if thats all i got thats all i got. im gonna do this tho. I want to feel thin again... havent felt that in a long time. ok. time for that one last cigarette taking my meds and going to bed... (I know, I know... I could skip that last cigarette... but i have cut down to 6 or 7 from a pack a day due to wisdom teeth removal... dont want any dry sockets...) Good night!
