So I have hit a stale mate with the scale! And to step it up I am making a challenge for myself. I’m going to exercise 90 times in 90 days. An hour at a time and no scale till the 90th day. Just an idea I had. My loved one is doing 90 meetings in AA in 90 days and I thought it would be a fun idea for an exercise challenge. My challenge starts tomorrow! Wish me luck! I am going to take all my measurements and weight and before pictures for this challenge tomorrow morning and I’ll keep you guys posted.
