Day 6 Plant Maintenance outage 15 days to go. I have now been working 30 days with a three day business trip thrown in for fun. Last week I didn't do any workouts. However I did walk 4 hours a day, up stairs down stairs, up ladders and down ladders. Diet has been good but not balanced. I will weigh in tomorrow and get a feel for how bad.
