Believe it or not made to the gym yesterday anyway! I took Adam and Eric with me. They behaved pretty good and I did the worlds fastest work out. Took out all the bird feeders and garden stuff today and on my way for a walk today. I uploaded a great photo today to show just why I am working so hard to loose so weight!
