Great I am back to the weight I was before the weekend just 1 more pound to meet my first goal of 25 pounds. Then I start my second goal of 30 pounds more. I think it is better to break it down to smaller parts than saying my goal is 115 pounds.
311.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good work! Breaking the total loss down is definitely the way to go. I started with 77lbs to lose, which sounded just too daunting to contemplate, so I take it just 1/2 stone (7lbs) at a time - it makes all the difference! Good luck getting to your first goal - I imagine you'll be there tomorrow!! :)
