Ok I am having a much better today :-)...Not feeling sooooooooo fat! I think it all just caught up with me and hit me like a ton of bricks...I got the much needed sleep I needed last night...went to sleep at 8pm woke up at 6:30am....so feeling good. Thank you all for your words again. It is great to be able to have peeps on your side and understand. So thanks. Today is a new day! I am good. Refocused and vroom vroom ready to see 123lbs by the time I leave for Vegas.
I have much to catch up on here...as son's health comes first...I am hoping to be all caught up by this weekend with everyone and all the posts...so thank you for your understanding...but Red Team I am with you...all the way to the finish line...Go RED TEAM!
