First time jogging 3 miles without stopping! I finished it in 40 minutes 2 weeks ago and I'm down to running it in 36 minutes and 30 seconds today. I don't really have a set "goal" for the amount of time I want to complete the 3 miles, but I am striving to decrease my time each week. I'm just ecstatic at the fact that I'm actually completing the run without stopping to take a breather now. I can't believe every day how much better in shape I become!

I'll be logging my progress as the weeks continue, up until I run the 5k for breast cancer awareness on Mother's day. :)

Very nice! I can only make it about a mile and a half without stopping, and that's on a very good day. So, tremendous props, what whaaaat
