although I feel like I should be losing weight faster (I'm one of those people who expect rapid results like an unrealistic 30lbs in a month) I am still losing. I'm eating healthier; real food, becoming more active and cut out bread pasta and preservatives. I keep finding myself looking up diets and "fad" diets but I feel as though I should focus more on life style changes? any thoughts?
233.0 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
