Well P3 is over for me! I am now starting a path of my own with the food I am eating. I really don't mind eliminating the carbs and I really didn't miss them but am excited to be able to add more variety! I am going to keep a good watch on what I am eating and work on keeping this weight off permanantly
151.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

You can do it, Momma! You have done SO well! This program is such a miracle, we never have to weigh more than we do right now. Just stay vigilant on the 2 lb mark and do any correction day immediately if you cross it. There are more correction days than the original protocol and I've tried several with varying degrees of success. It is so much fun to see others have the kind of success you've had. What a miracle! I never thought I'd be able to do it, but this program really works. Enjoy your new life and keep us posted!
