Staying between 216 - 221 lbs on the scale too much over the last few weeks, going back and forth between the sliding scale anywhere between these weights but I just want to go below 216 and would be happy to start seeing 215, 214, 213 and so on... COME ON girl. I gotta DO this!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
