Well another week of good things!!! I didn't follow the diet at all this weekend, but I am totally cool with it and here is why!!! When I first started this diet (1/15/07) I took my picture in a bathing suite (like it says to do), yesterday I got out of bed and was getting in the shower and my husband was setting there looking at me...well I like usual said, "what are you looking at?" Was pretty embarrassed because he said, "you and I think we need to take pictures again." I was completely embarrassed, but said ok, why not. So I threw on the same suite and stood there for the worst. Well needless to say, the whooping and hollering coming from the computer room kind of peaked my interest. I went in there and to my surprise I am starting to look pretty darn good! I never did measure myself when I first started so I really don't know how much inches I have lost, but I defiantly have and it really makes me feel great and makes me finally realize what he keeps telling me about how great I look. I am very proud of myself and I am very much happy with how far I have come!!! He even told me how proud of me he is and that he hopes I start being happy with the way I look. I am hoping that all of you did the picture like it said to do so that you can really see how far you have come, it is a defiant motivation, I know at least for myself anyways! It give me motivation to keep pushing for my goal, I know if I do this I will be completely happy with the way I look!
