Okay, I stayed under my points yesterday and it made a different cuz I already drop 1 pound of the 4.5 lbs I gained last week. Water weight? I don't know and I don't care as long as I get back in the 140s. Husband is out of town until Thurs. night. I am making red beans and rice right now for some of my meals this week. Yum, it is so good with green peppers, onions, garlic and jalapenos. So, here to a GREAT week and I can't wait until next weigh in, for surely it will be a better day.
