Sorta depressed. It's the first time I've went up. Trying to decide what I'm going to do...

I really want to reach my goal by my birthday (Jan 18). I think I'm going to try to set an exercise ROUTINE, ie the same every day and maybe challenge my friend to do it with me. It's just hard to find the same time every day to do things because my schedule changes so much. I guess morning would be the best time but I KNOW that I won't wake up everyday early enough. Unless maybe I have a friend who would call me in the morning... I'll have to think about this more.
186.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My schedule is also very sparatic, but what I've done is put a posting up on facebook for when I'm walking and where, that way if anyone would like to join me they will know the info. So far in 2 weeks, I've walked about 8 or 9 times and only once by myself.
