sy setuju yg buah... tapi kurang setuju dgn makan telur 3 bji sehari aman. he... krn sy merasa stelah makan telur nfsu mkn jd bertambah... jd menghindari telur.... terus katax gol darah B hanya bleh mngonsumsi telur max 4 butir dlm seminggu...
