The expression, "Keep doing what you are doing, and you'll keep getting what you're getting" is a favorite of my husband. And, I hate to admit it, but sometimes it is just the nudge I need to shift my energy in a more positive direction. Along those lines, I had the thought today about the idea of "post-diet" and how this is when most diets fail. And I came up with this summation: "Go back to doing what you were doing, and you will get back to what you had."
