Well, strayed all weekend, but stuck to the plan fairly well Monday through Wednesday, and I have a fair loss to show for it. I sure do feel better when I fast for 19-22 hours. And when it's time to eat, I can have whatever I want, but I always want something that's actually good... My pants fit better today and my husband complimented me this morning, and I know it's starting to happen...looking forward to Goal#2!!! Come on 210!
217.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week
