Thanks Heather. I feel like I'm mentally back on track. I'm back to where I was Jan. 2011, but it could be worse. I'm still down 50 lbs and I could have regained it ALL. It was the mental block that was killing me. I'm not sure why my thinking has clicked back in. I just hope it stays there. :-)
