22,000 steps yesterday. My back is killing me and my legs and butt...... 😆 weight is the same but that’s ok. I had fried fish for supper last night with a poutine. Impressed it stayed the same :)
174.4 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
