I have been dealing with a lot of depression lately and since I am a stress eater, I'm just a big fat mess right now. I have finally seen the sun and hope it will get me back on track.
I was recently (1 month) diagnosed with COPD and it has knocked me back a little. I'm determined to delay the inevitable as long as I can.
